This large nosing 2" measures 2.000" wide by 1.500" thickness, with a 1.235" depth cut on the top horizontal set of knives. Before you begin knife grinding procedures, please read our article on knife cutting circle to see if you can mill this pattern on your molder.

The beautiful profile is comprised of an 11/64" wide sunk fillet connected to three tangent radiuses creating a deep sloping cyma reversa leaving a 17/64" thickness dimension on the thin side of the pattern.
