This bold nosing 1-15/16" - 1 measures 1.937" in width by 1.437" in thickness, requiring 2-3/16" wide blanks of eight-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial moulder. The custom pattern composes a 3/32" broad fillet at a 29/32" thickness on the top left. It joins a graceful three-tangent radius s-shaped curvature in the center with a 3/64" eased edge on the design's top right corner.
