Nosing 1-7/8"

This countertop nosing 1-7/8" measures 1.875" wide by 1.062" thickness. The classic profile is comprised of a 1-1/8" wide bullnose at full thickness, connected to a 1/4" wide horizontal fillet that transitions into a 1/2" radius cove with a 1/16" radius eased edge on the thin side of the pattern. The profile is oriented in the moulder with the bullnose side of the detail up against the inside fixed fence, this enables the machine's pressure shoe to be moved laterally and placed on the flat portion of the pattern, protecting the bullnose from being flattened by the pressure shoe element.
