This bold nosing 1-5/8" - 3 measures 1.625" width by 1.500" thickness, requiring the use of a 1-7/8 wide blank of eight-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial moulder. The downsloping profile contains a 1/16" wide fillet at 1-3/16" thickness on the top left. The short line connects to a 13/32" convex arc tangent to a sixty-six degree angled line that attaches to a 5/8" concave semicircle, leaving a 3/8" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
