Nosing 1-1/2"

This Nosing 1-1/2" - 21 measures 1.500" wide by 1.250" thickness, with a .812" depth of cut on the cutters, this set of knives can either be used on a top horizontal moulder spindle to make an applied nosing like the image above or can use on the right vertical moulder spindle to make a window stool nosing at any size width needed, within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern.

The profile is comprised of a 15/16" wide half-circle, connected to a small 3/16" wide horizontal fillet, attached to a 3/8" radius cavetto positioned on the thin side of the pattern.
