Nosing 1-3/8" - 5

This false stair tread nosing 1-3/8" - 5 measures 1.375" wide by 1.000" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled from five quarter lumber. This commonly utilized stair part design is composed of a 45/64" wide bullnose on top, attached to a 5/32" wide horizontal line that joins to a 27/64" cove leaving a 7/32" thickness dimension on the thin side of the detail. An optional dado can easily be milled into the bottom side of the pattern; then, it could be used as a shelf or countertop edge.
