Bullnose 9/32"

This 9/32" bullnose measures .281" in thickness, with a .265" depth of cut on the right vertical set of knives; widths are milled to the desired size during the milling process with a simple radial adjustment of the left vertical cutter head.

The basic design consists of a 9/64" radius half-round bead with about .020" of blend area on each side built into the knife design; these cutters could not be used as half-round knives if you are looking for a half round cutter please look in that category for the approximate size needed.
