Bullnose 1-1/8"

This 1-1/8" bullnose comprises a 9/16" radius half-circle tangent to the top and bottom. The simplistic profile measures 1.125" in thickness, the width gets milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery utilized to cut the design. The recommended rough wood rip size using five or six-quarter lumber is 1/4" larger in width than the sought-after milled dimension. This pattern is incapable of milling a perfect half-round circle because it has blend areas built into the knife design which extends past the halfway point.
