Bullnose 1-1/32"

This bullnose 1-1/32" measures 1.031" in thickness. The width is adjustable to any desired size within the machinery used to mill the pattern. The detail comprises a 33/64" radius arc tangent to the pattern's top, bottom, and front edge. This profile is milled on the right cutter head so the molder's guide fence after the left spindle will not indent or damage the nosing from the sharp edge of the metal rail.
