Mullion/Muntin Moulding 2-1/2" - 1

The symmetrical profile is comprised of a 2-1/2" wide by 2-1/2" tall squared fillet with 1/8" radius edges on top, attached to a 2-1/8" tall by 1/2" deep rabbet on each side edge of the detail, also with 1/8" radiuses on the bottom. The small kerf for the weatherstrip is generally milled after the milling process on either a table saw or router, but could be milled on a moulder with two universal moulder spindles.
