Mullion/Muntin Moulding 1" - 5

This quarter round mullion molding 1" - 5 measures 1.000" wide by .406" thickness. The symmetrical profile is comprised of a 1/2" wide by 5/32" tall raised fillet in the center connected to a 1/4" radius quarter circle on each side of the design. Our high-precision templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
