Corner 5/8"

This 5/8" inside corner comprises a 3/32" wide fillet on the top left. It connects to a 9/32" cove with a 3/32" vertical drop in elevation attached to a ¼" convex quarter round on the design's right side. The classy profile measures .625" in width by .625" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-11/16" wide.

Caution: the blades will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
