Corner 1/2" - 5

This small inside corner 1/2" - 5 measures .500" wide by .500" thickness, and the milling dimensions are 1.163" wide by .500" tall. The symmetrical profile is comprised of an 11/32" radius arc in the center flanked by a 1/32" wide horizontal line and a 1/32" tall vertical line creating the ovolo shape, the top and bottom retain 1/8" tall and wide lines. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two inside corner detail.

Caution; the cutters will come within .015" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
