Corner 1/2" - 2

This inside corner 1/2" - 2 measures .500" wide by .375" thickness. The pattern is so small in width we designed a splitter to utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time, the overall width will be 1-1/8" wide which includes the splitter. The functional profile comprises a 3/16" wide flat line on a top tangent to an elevation-changing 9/32" radius arc with 1/8" wide by 5/32" tall squared lines on the thin side of the pattern.

Caution; the cutters will come within .013" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations.
