Corner 7/16" - 1

This small inside corner 7/16" measures .343" wide by .437" thickness when milled. The slim profile has many uses in the industry, including panel applications. It is comprised of an 11/32" quarter circle attached to a 3/32" wide by 3/32" deep vertical step on the side edges of the design. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique panel trim/corner profile.

Caution; the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
