Corner 7/16"

This decorative 7/16" inside corner measures .437" wide by .500" thickness when milled but just the opposite when installed. The functional profile has many uses in the industry, including panel moulding applications. It is comprised of a 19/64" quarter circle attached to a 1/8" wide by 1/8" deep vertical step on the side edges of the design. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique panel trim/corner profile.

Caution; the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
