Corner 2-7/16" - 1

This 135-degree 2-7/16" - 1 outside corner measures 2.425" wide by 1.195" thickness when milled. When installed, the profile has two 1-5/16" wide angles on the face, the bottom retains 1" wide angles, and the side has 3/4" tall 22.5-degree beveled lines. This cad-generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for creating knives for this outside corner. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken CNC (computer numerical control) tool path expediting the production process.
