This customary radius corner 2-3/8" - 2 measures 2.343" wide by 1.109" thickness. The standard profile comprises a 1-45/64" radius semicircle on top. The sides consist of a 15/16" wide forty-five degree beveled edge for a 13/16" thickness baseboard to butt into, leaving a 1/8" set back on the two joined moldings during the installation process, the bottom retains a 3/4" radius concave semicircle. This pattern can be machined from either five or six-quarter lumber; if you decide to try and mill this detail from five-quarter lumber, you will need to cut a very minimal amount of wood from the first bottom cutter head to be able to eliminate any metal feed roller marks in the finished product.
