Corner 2-3/8" - 1

This 135-degree radius corner 2-3/8" - 1 measure 2.375" wide by 1.078" thickness. The custom profile is composed of a 3/4" radius arc on top tangent off of two 31/32" wide twenty-two, and one-half degree angled lines, the sides consist of a 3/4" wide forty-five degree beveled edge for a 5/8" thick baseboard to butt into, leaving a 1/8" set back of the two joined moldings if you decide to install it that way. The bottom retains a 3/4" radius semicircle with 21/32" wide tangent edges at 22-1/2 degrees, identical to the top, which will keep the thickness parallel to the upper portion. This pattern will be machined from either five or six-quarter lumber. If you decide to try and mill this detail from five-quarter lumber, you will be forced to cut a very minimal amount of wood from the first bottom cutter head to eliminate any metal feed roller marks in the finished product.
