Corner 2-5/16" - 2

This bold outside corner 2-5/16" - 2 measures 2.297" wide by 1.093" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined from either five or six-quarter lumber. If you decide to mill this detail from five-quarter lumber, you will be forced to cut a very minimal amount of wood from the first bottom cutter head to eliminate any metal feed roller marks they may leave in the finished product. The custom profile is composed of a 1-5/8" radius arc on top, the sides consist of a 7/8" wide forty-five degree beveled edge for a 3/4" thickness baseboard to butt into, leaving the standard 1/8" set back on the two merged moldings during the installation process. The bottom retains a 3/4" semicircular arc for seating on the rounded edges of the joined walls.
