Corner 2-1/4" - 1

This custom 2-1/4" - 1 radius corner measures 2.250" wide by .973" thickness, enabling the pattern to be milled from five-quarter lumber because it is milled laying flat. The functional profile is comprised of a 1-11/32" radius arc on top with 1/4" wide tangent line segments on each side, flanked by a 19/32" wide forty-five degree beveled edge on each side for the baseboard to butt into, the bottom of the detail consists of a 3/4" radius arc also with 1/4" wide line extensions on each side like the top of the design.
