This hefty outside corner 1-1/2" - 7 measures 1.500" wide by 1.500" thickness, necessitating the use of eight-quarter lumber for milling on industrial machinery. The squared profile is comprised of three 1/8" round-overs on the edges, the rabbet dimension is .750" wide by .750" tall. This available for purchase cad generated dxf file contains four professionally designed profile template drawings with much information to create cutters for this beautiful outside corner detail, one set of two for milling like the image above, and the other set for milling sprung, on a forty-five-degree angle, this design will significantly prolong the knife life.
