This unique 1-1/4" - 7 pencil mould measures 1.250" width by 1.062" thickness, requiring a 1-5/16" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial machine. The unique inside corner profile contains a 1/2" broad flat line at a 21/32" thickness on the top left. The line connects to a 3/8" radius round bead with a 5/16" thickness dimension on the lower right corner of the pattern.
