Corner 1-1/4" - 3

This 1-1/4" - 3 outside corner measures 1.250" wide by 1.250" thickness. The profile has three 1/8" radiused edges on all corners of the detail, and the back side is plowed 15/16" wide by 15/16" deep, leaving 5/16" wide thickness on both horizontal and vertical faces of the pattern. When milling, the radius will be machined on the left and right cutter heads and the rabbet on the top spindle. Creating a special hold-down shoe for the pressure element on the machinery will be necessary.
