Corner 1-1/4" - 12

This basic 1-1/4" - 12 outside corner guard comprises a 1-1/16" by 1-1/16" rabbet out of a 1.250" block leaving a 3/16" thickness on both edges, the upper right side corner retains a 3/32" rounded edge. The pattern gets milled to keep the rabbet squared, laying down like a triangle, utilizing the top and bottom cutterheads on the moulder. The milling dimension is 1.768" in width by .968" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using five-quarter lumber is 2" wide.
