Corner 1-1/4" - 10

This simplistic 1-1/4" - 10 outside corner is milled sprung (laying horizontally flat) to reduce lumber costs, have good hold-down capabilities, and sharpen the knives without burning the steel. The standard profile retains a 1" wide by 1" tall rabbet out of the back side, leaving a 1/4" thickness on both side edges of the pattern when installed. The overall detail measures 1-1/4" in width by 1-1/4" in thickness. The machining size is 1-49/64" wide by 1-1/32" thick. The recommended rough wood rip size using five-quarter lumber is 2-1/16" wide.
