Corner 1-1/16" - 2

This common outside corner 1-1/16" - 2 measures 1.063" wide by 1.063" thickness, permitting the detail to be machined out of five-quarter lumber. The traditional symmetrical profile is composed of a 1-1/16" wide line segment with a 1/8" eased edge on both the top and right side edges of the design, the rabbet dimension is 13/16" wide by 13/16" tall. The detail is machined by cutting the round-overs from the vertical side cutter heads. The rabbet is milled from the top cutterhead.
