Corner 1-1/16" - 1

This decorative 1-1/16" - 1 outside corner measures 1.062" wide by 1.063" thickness, enabling the pattern to be cut out of five-quarter lumber. The detail is mainly used for wall corner protection, the symmetrical design consists of a 5/8" tall & wide line segment on the top and right sides, connected to a 9/64" ovolo with 1/16" vertical and horizontal fillets on the side edges of the design, the backside rabbet dimension is 3/4" wide by 3/4" tall. The detail is machined by cutting the round-overs from the vertical side cutter heads, and the rabbet is milled from the top horizontal blades.
