Corner 1" - 1

This 1" - 1 outside corner measures 1,000" in width by 1.000" in thickness. We suggest using 1-1/4" wide blanks of five-quarter lumber for milling on industrial equipment. The simplistic profile comprises three 1/8" radiuses on all the outer edges. The backside is rabbeted 3/4" wide by 3/4" deep, leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on each side edge of the pattern. The downloadable dxf file contains four template designs to manufacture either square or sprung, laying horizontally to reduce lumber cost by milling out four-quarter lumber instead of five-quarter material.
