This one-inch outside corner measures 1.000" in width by 1.000" in thickness. The pattern gets used anywhere on an outer corner of two adjacent walls or other squared surfaces that may need protection. The profile comprises three 5/32" radiused edges on all sides, and the backside rabbet is 3/4" wide by 3/4" deep, leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on each side edge of the design. We advocate utilizing 1-1/4" wide blanks of five-quarter lumber for machining on commercial machinery.
