Handrail 5-1/2" - 9

This 5-1/2" - 9 hospital handrail measures 1.500" wide by 5.500" tall with a .625" depth of cut on the top knives, the left and right half-round cutters each have a depth of cut of .906". The handrail/wall guard profile is comprised of a 3/4" radius bullnose located on both the top and bottom of the railing, the functional finger grip area retains a 5/8" radius cavetto that provides a smooth transition between geometrical shapes, the dadoed area for the mounting bracket is plowed 1-1/2" wide by 1/2" deep. This Cad generated Dxf file contains two skillfully drafted moulding templates for creating custom moulding knives for this useful pattern.
