This modern 3-3/4" - 4 handrail measures 3.750" wide by 4.250" tall. The width can be milled to any desired size because the detail is machined from the left and right vertical cutter heads on the shaper or molder. The contemporary profile is composed of 1-3/8" tall line segments on the sides with 1/4" eased edges, connected to a 3/8" deep by 1-7/8" tall finger gripping area in the center, attached to a 1/4" wide by one-inch tall line, leaving a 3-1/2" width dimension at the bottom for an optional dado for balusters or mounting hardware.
