Handrail 3-3/4"

This distinguished 3-3/4" handrail measures 3.750" wide by 2-1/2" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined out of glued-up pieces of six-quarter lumber. The distinctive profile is composed of a 5-3/32" semicircular convex arc on top, the symmetrical sides consist of a 1/2" convex arc tangent to a 15/32" concave semicircle creating the s-shaped curvature, attached to a 1/16" radius point with a 7/16" wide splay faced beveled line on the lower side edges, the bottom plow for the balusters measures 1-3/4" wide by 5/16" deep, there is also a template design for a 1-3/8" wide by 1-4" deep included in the downloadable dxf file.
