Handrail 3-1/4" - 2

This beautiful 3-1/4" - 2 handrail measures 3.250" wide by 2.375" thickness, permitting the pattern to be machined out of glued-up pieces of four-, five-, six-, and even eight-quarter lumber. The grandiose symmetrical profile consists of a convex and concave five tangent radii wave-like arc on the top. The decorative sides consist of a 35/64" half-round tangent to a 9/32" tall finger grip area in the center. This section transitions into a quarter and half-round bead on the lower edges. The bottom retains a 1-3/4" wide by 1/4" deep dado for inserting balusters, leaving a 17/32" flat shoulder on each side of the design.
