Handrail 3-1/8"

This unique 3-1/8" handrail measures 3.125" width by 3.062" tall, necessitating glued-up pieces of five, six, or eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The beautiful hefty pattern contains a series of five convex and concave semicircular ars on top. The partial circle joins a slightly tapered 9/32" radius indentation, forming the finger grip area in the upper portion, merged with a bulging two-tangent radius arc that transitions into a 1/8" rounded corner in the lower portion of the design. The plow dimension for the balusters on the bottom is 2" wide by 1/2" deep, leaving a 7/16" width measurement on each side edge of the dado.
