Handrail 3" - 7

This egg-shaped 3" - 7 handrail measures 3.000" wide by 2.000" thickness, enabling the pattern to be milled out of ten-quarter lumber. The beautiful oval profile is composed of a 1-31/32" convex semicircular arc on both the top and bottom, tangent to a 3/4" radius semicircle on each side edge of the design. Our precise cad drawings contain plenty of important information that will assist you during setup and milling of this detail. Our acrylic templates provide sufficient blend areas on the knives, so you will never realize where one cutter begins or ends; these specific design features will substantially increase yield during the milling process.
