This stylish 3" - 35 handrail measures 3.000" in width by 3.000" in thickness, allowing 3-1/4" wide blanks of fourteen-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial moulder. The custom symmetrical pattern composes a 15/64" broad flat section connected to a 1-5/8" convex arc on the top center. The semicircle flares outward using a partial concave circle with 3/64" eased corners on upper side edges. The sides retain a three-tangent radius teardrop-shaped bead joined to a 3/32" quarter circle, leading to the 1-11/32" high, straight line in the center. The lower portion retains a 7/64" tall by 1/8" deep sunk fillet with a 1/4" half circle, leaving a 2-1/4" width on the bottom.
