This handrail bender board measures 3" wide, the thickness can be adjusted to any desired size at the time of production, the pattern is utilized in the manufacturing of curved or twisting handrailing, the profile consist of a 1/4" wide by 1/8' deep tongue and a groove that is centered, there is .010" gap left in the top of the joint for glue to escape from during assembly.
