This custom 3" - 3 handrail measures 3.000" wide by 2.250" tall, necessitating solid ten or two glued-up pieces of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The creative hefty profile is composed of a bidirectional wave-like design consisting of a 45/64" convex arc on the top center, tangent to two 61/64" concave semicircles that transition into a 1/4" round-over on the upper edges, as well as the lower sides, the bottom dado measures two inches wide by 1/4" deep.
