Handrail 3" - 20

This tall, sturdy 3" - 20 handrail measures 3.000" width by 4.437" thickness, requiring the use of glued-up pieces of four, five, six, or eight-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial molder. The hefty pattern contains a 2-1/4" half-round dome top. The large convex arc connects to a 13/16" tall concave semicircle, creating a comfortable finger grip area in the upper portion. The remaining lower section consists of a 2-11/64" tall straight line with 3/8" beveled side corners. The plow dimensions for the balusters on the bottom is 1-3/4" wide by 1/2" deep, leaving a 5/8" width measurement on each side edge of the dado.
