Handrail 3" - 13

This bulb-shaped 3" - 13 handrail measures 3.000" wide by 2.812" tall, making the detail machined out of glued-up pieces of various-sized lumber. The colonial profile is milled from both the right & left cutter heads; this allows the width to be produced to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the detail. The modest pattern is composed of a 1-7/64" broad flat line on top, the sides consist of a 61/64" radius convex arc in the upper portion, tangent to a 2-33/64" concave semicircle that creates the finger grip area in the center, joined to a decorative 3/8" tall bead with a 3/32" vertical line segment on the bottom edge of the design.
