Handrail 3" - 12

This unique 3" - 12 handrail measures 3.000" wide by 2.000" tall, permitting the pattern to be milled out of ten-quarter lumber or glued up pieces of smaller-sized planks. The sophisticated symmetrical profile is composed of a 2-49/64" radius semicircular arc with a 1/16" vertical step and a 1/2" broad line segment with 1/8" rounded edges on top. The balanced sides are comprised of a 3/16" vertical line with a 1/16" eased edge joined to a 3/16" sunk fillet in the upper portion, connected to a two tangent radius cyma reversa with another sunk fillet in the center, attached to a decorative 1/4" half round bead and a 1/8" fillet with 3/64" broken edges in the lower section, the bottom dado designed for balusters measures 1-1/2" wide by 1/4" deep.
