This beautiful 2-3/4" - 45 guardrail measures 2.750" wide by 1.500" thickness, necessitating the use of glued-up four-quarter or solid eight-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The attractive profile is composed of a 3-7/64" radius semicircular arc with 3/64" eased edges on top, each side consists of a 15/16" tall half circle flanked by small vertical lines segments with 3/64" broken edges, the bottom dado for the balusters measures 1-1/2" wide by 1/2" deep.
