This semi-round 2.750" - 37 handrail measures 2.750" width by 2.583" thickness, requiring glued-up pieces of four, five, or six-quarter lumber. Twelve-quarter material is also an option if glue lines are not permitted in detail for milling on an industrial molder. The partially round profile contains a 1-3/8" radius convex arc with a 1-5/16 wide flat section for mounting purposes on the bottom side of the pattern. We offer an alternative profile with a 1-5/16" flat bottom for your review and consideration,
