This glamorous 2-3/4" - 25 handrail measures 2.750" wide by three inches tall, permitting the detail to be machined out of glued-up pieces of four, five, six, or eight-quarter lumber. The elegant symmetrical profile is composed of a 2-11/64" semicircular arc on top, connected to two tangent radiuses on the side giving the detail a bulb-shaped appearance in the center, attached to a decorative 3/16" cove bordered by a 1/8" wide and a 1/8" tall line segment with a 3/16" high half round bead on the lower edges of the design, the bottom retains a 1-3/4" wide by 1/4" deep dado for the balusters or balustrade with 1/2" broad flat lines on each side edge of the detail.
