Handrail 2-5/8" - 31

This modern 2-5/8" - 32 handrail measures 2.625" wide by 2.375" thickness, allowing the pattern to be machined out of glued-up pieces of four-, five-, or six-quarter lumber. The width of the detail can be adjusted to any desired size because the profile is machined from the left and right cutter heads on the moulder. The beautiful symmetrical design composes a flat top tangent to a 13/16" tall bullnose edge on each side, connected to a 1/8" tall concave semicircle which creates a comfortable finger grip area, joined to a 1-7/64" tall, straight line in the center, merged with a 5/64" tall sunk fillet at a 1-3/4" width and a decorative 1/4" half round bead at a two-inch width at the bottom of the profile.
