This semi-round handrail 2-1/2" - 41 measures 2.500" in width by 1.750" in thickness, requiring glued-up or solid boards equal to 2-3/4" wide by 8/4 thickness lumber for machining on a commercial moulder. This simplistic profile comprises a partial round of a 1-1/4" radius with a 2-9/32" wide flat bottom.
