This symmetrical 2-1/4" - 51 oval handrail comprises a 1-31/64" convex arc on top, tangent to three different side radiuses, leaving a 3/4" wide flat section on the bottom of the pattern. The detail measures 2.250" in width by 1.578" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using eight-quarter lumber is 2-1/2" wide.
