Handrail 2" - 10

This partial full round handrail moulding 2" - 10 measures 2.000" in width by 1.937" in thickness, requiring 2-1/4" wide blanks of ten-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial moulder. The semicircular profile comprises a one-inch radius full circle. The bottom retains a 43/64" wide by 19/32" deep dado flanked by tiny 3/64" flat lines for mounting purposes; it is also machined without the plow. This professionally drafted cad dxf file contains three high-precision template designs to create cutters for this modest handrail detail.
