This WM 231 handrail 1-11/16" - 1 measure 1.687" in width by 1.500" in thickness. Handrails provide sturdy support for people when ascending or descending staircases. The customary round profile comprises a 27/32" radius full circle with a 1-1/16" wide flat bottom for securing hardware during installation. We encourage the use of 1-15/16" wide blanks of eight-quarter lumber for milling with industrial machinery.
